Fort Peck Seniors to Hold Pancake Breakfast at Kiwanis

September 20, 2017

James Walling / The Courier

The Fort Peck Senior Citizens proudly display one of two new welcome signs located at the east entrances to the area (Sept. 18).

The Glasgow Invitational Cross Country meet will be held in Fort Peck at Kiwanis Park on Saturday, Sept. 30, beginning at 9 a.m., and the Fort Peck Senior Citizens will be having a pancake breakfast at Shelter Four from 8-11:30 a.m. to help fuel the fun. All are invited.

Whether you're there to cheer on the runners or just want to see what it's all about, come early and chow down. The meal is $5 for two pancakes, three sausages, coffee, cocoa or water. It's a great way to fill your stomach and support your local senior citizens at the same time. Supplemental funding will be provided by Thrivent Financial and proceeds will be used for senior citizens' projects.

If you have any questions, call or text Judy at 406-480-9057.
