Weather Interrupts State Golf

Moon, Myrick Lead Their Teams

The Scottie golfers traveled to Shelby for the State B golf meet last week. The meet was originally scheduled to run May 16 and 17, but in typical Montana fashion, weather interrupted the event and the second day of competition was postponed until May 18.

Making the trip for the Scotties were: Blaine Myrick, Ike Braaten, Kaden Fossum, Oden Hallock and Cody Ross for the boys, Heidi Moon, Lexie Pehlke, Fallon Larsen and Taylor Palm for the girls.

After the two-day meet, the Scottie boys finished eleventh overall and the girls finished ninth overall.

Moon led the girls for Glasgow with her score of 211, and Myrick was the top boy for the Scotties with his score of 179.
