Former Scottie Collegiate and All-State Players to Assist at Glasgow Scottie Football Camps

The Glasgow High School will host football camp from Monday, June 29 to Wednesday, July 1 at the Scottie field from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Glasgow Middle School (grades 7-8) and Youth Camp (grades 3-6) will be held on Wednesday, August 5 and Thursday, August 6 at the Scottie Field. Camp time is in the evenings from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Limited contact will occur for the high school and middle school camps. Equipment checkout for the high school and middle school will occur following the first evening of camps on Monday, June 29 for the high school and Wednesday, August 5 for the middle school. Equipment checkout will consist of shoulder pads, helmet and a mouth guard, which athletes will retain at the school for the upcoming season. No equipment is necessary for the Youth Camp.

The staff of coaches assisting in the high school camp will include the current high school staff and former Scottie players who are currently, recently or upcoming collegiate footballers, Johnathon Koessl, Luke Gunderson, and Tanner Roness. All-Staters Jason Thibault and Keil Krumwiede, along with a tremendous group of local volunteers with college football experience, will also be on hand.

The cost of the football camps are as follows:

High School (3-days) – $60

Middle School (2-days) - $40

Youth Football (2-days) - $40

*T-shirts will be provided for all camp attendees, following camp. Make all checks payable to Greg Liebelt for the Scottie football camps

Registration forms for all camps can be picked up and dropped off at the Glasgow Civic Center.

Athletes are reminded to attend in workout clothing with tennis shoes or cleats and bring their own water bottle.
