Elk Poaching South Of Malta

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks seeks information on the poaching of two elk shot and left in the Larb Hills area south of Malta in hunting district 622. FWP Warden Ben Morin said the two elk, a cow and a spike, were shot on Nov. 25 and left to waste. The cow elk was found on the Virginia Koss Block Management area, while the spike was on adjacent BLM land.
