Walter Scott

Walter Scott, 55, passed away of heart failure on Saturday, May 31, 2014, at his home west of Glasgow.

He was born June 27, 1958, in Glasgow, the son of Wesley and Carol (Jensen) Scott. He was raised in Glasgow, graduated from Glasgow High School in 1976, where he played football and was active in rodeo.

On June 27, 1980, he married Dallas Mease in Lander, Wyo. They lived in Havre, Glendive and Helena before coming to Glasgow in 2001.

He worked for the State Highway Department until retiring in 2011. He and Dallas loved to do long-range shooting and he also was active shooting with his dad, Wes, and brother Mark.

Survivors include his wife, Dallas Scott, of Glasgow; his dad, Wes Scott, of Glasgow; one daughter, Bandi Sparks, and her husband, Lloyd, of Butte; one son, Jack Wesley Scott, of Gilbert, Ariz .; one sister, Kita Aceman, and her husband, Gus, of Glasgow; and one brother, Mark Scott, and his wife, Sandy, of Billings.
