Key findings in the report show that in 2010 around 85 percent of housing in Glasgow was built prior to 1976. The percentage of home ownership was also lower here than in the state and nation.     For over 65 years the Glasgow Kiwanis Club has supported the Salvation Army Bell Ringing at this time of year. That will be changing, as the Ministerial Association voted to discontinue their participation in administering the funds raised and channeled through the Salvation Army in Denver.
