    For over 65 years the Glasgow Kiwanis Club has supported the Salvation Army Bell Ringing at this time of year. That will be changing, as the Ministerial Association voted to discontinue their participation in administering the funds raised and channeled through the Salvation Army in Denver.     Kimber Dulaney was named the recipient of the annual Larry Baumgartner Memorial Award at the Aug. 3 Glasgow Kiwanis Swim Team banquet for the 2023 season.
