    The Frazer Bearcubs took four high school girls to the Poplar Invitational on Sept. 4 while the junior high team boasted 10 girls and three boys. Alyssa Toce Blount led the high school Bearcubs with a time of 26:23.42. The junior earned a 25th place finish. Sophomore Shakira Beston finished in fifth place with a time of 28:14.11. Sophomores Angel Nelligan and Kalianna Toce Blount finished in 47th and 50th places, respectively. Nelligan ran a 29:09.32 and Toce Blount ran the race in 29:28.70.
