For the 2022 calendar year, Missouri River basin runoff above Sioux City, Iowa, totaled 19.3 million acre-feet, 75 percent of average. This was the 30th lowest annual runoff for the Missouri River Basin in 125 years of record-keeping. David Barry Christenson passed away unexpectedly at the Billings Clinic Hospital on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022, with his family by his side. The VALCO Pool Campaign received a $200,000 donation from the Flora A. Coghlan Family Trust, in memory of Tom Coghlan, bringing the total raised to $2,797,920 as of July 31. The Flora A.
