    Football Glasgow Middle School's football squads fell in Sidney Sept. 24. The seventh graders lost their game 38-6 while the eighth graders dropped their game by the same margin, 38-6. The Scotties host Havre this Saturday, Oct. 1, for a 10 a.m. kick off at Scottie Field. Volleyball At the Harlem Invitational Sept. 24 the Glasgow White team beat Malta 25-18, 25-17 and downed Poplar 25-6, 25-8.     The Bearcubs' cross country teams traveled to Culbertson Sept. 24 after their Frazer Invitational, scheduled for Sept. 22, was postponed due to course conditions. The varsity girls team placed sixth with 148 points while the boys team, with only two runners, did not post a team score. Alyssa Toce Blount placed 26th to lead the Frazer girls.     The Hinsdale cross country teams competed at the Culbertson Invitational Sept. 24 with both runners posting improved times from the previous week. Linden Holt placed 66th in the boys' race. He ran a 24:33.38, more than a minute faster than his time at the Glasgow Invitational Sept. 17. In the girls' competition, Zora Holt finished in 22:45.84, more than a half-minute better than her time at the Glasgow Invitational. She placed 11th overall.
