    Both Glasgow cross country teams came home with first place finishes from the Poplar Invitational on Sept. 4. The boys team claimed first place with 33 points beating out 12 other schools for the top slot. They were followed by Wolf Point, 72; Sidney, 125; Plentywood, 139; Scobey, 142; Culbertson, 146 and Poplar, 169. The girls team beat out 17 schools to take first place with 112 points.     The Glasgow Scottie football team bounced back in a big way Saturday, defeating Roundup 44-7 in an offensive rout.     Glasgow's volleyball team, after a golden start at the Choteau Invitational, stumbled this past weekend. They lost to Plentywood at home on Friday then traveled to Chinook where they finished in second place.     The Frazer Bearcubs took four high school girls to the Poplar Invitational on Sept. 4 while the junior high team boasted 10 girls and three boys. Alyssa Toce Blount led the high school Bearcubs with a time of 26:23.42. The junior earned a 25th place finish. Sophomore Shakira Beston finished in fifth place with a time of 28:14.11.
