The most glaring number that the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) provided at the March 24 St. Mary Rehabilitation Working Group (SMRWG) meeting in Havre was not the $40 million construction cost for a new diversion structure. This is a private shooting range that is operated on private land that is owned by the 1st Creek Ranch of Saco. This year's Montana paddlefish seasons will again kick off on May 1 with the opening of the Upper Missouri River section from Fort Benton downstream to Fort Peck Dam.
