    Valley County upgraded its website in February. It can still be accessed from the original web link, https://www.valleycountymt.net. Local photographer Sean Heavey provided all the photos for the homepage, depicting Valley County’s beautiful landscapes. The new website is easier to navigate and to update, making it a great tool for both users and County personnel.     The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed by President Biden in March 2021. It provided $1.9 trillion in COVID-19 relief funding. Valley County received allocations from several funding sources within ARPA. The first allocation was $1,436,586, provided to Valley County in two halves, in July 2021 and July 2022.   • Valley County Successful In Application For Duck Creek Road

    The Valley County Commissioners advised that the proposal they submitted for Duck Creek Road improvements to the Montana Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) has been approved for $4.7 million. The original proposal included a $50,000 match from Valley County; however, the match has been eliminated so there will be no Valley County funding required for the project.
