Wayne Jacobs, 86, retired rancher, farmer and Korean War vet, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, surrounded by family.
He was born to Vernon and Francis (Hulbert) Jacobs July 8, 1931, in Malta, Mont.
On Jan. 21, 1958, he married Elsie Edna Math, who passed away Sept. 16, 2015, after 57 years of marriage.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Elsie; his parents; two sisters; and a step-great-grandson.
He is survived by four sons, Clarence and his wife, Irene, Clinton and his wife, Cindy, Dale and his wife, Lori, and Wes; seven grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Francis and his wife, Delores; one cousin; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held Friday, Jan. 26, from 1-4 p.m. at Bell Mortuary Chapel in Glasgow.
Bell Mortuary of Glasgow is in charge of arrangements.
