Saco Festivities Wrap-Up

Christmas is coming, and nowhere more so than Saco, Mont. According to Heidi Pippin, Santa, hay rides, ice skating, hot soup/chili, hot chocolate/cider, and adult beverages are all on offer at the Hi-Line community festivities scheduled for Dec. 16.

Beginning at Pip’s Diner with pancakes and Santa from 9-11 a.m., sleigh rides begin at 1 p.m., and ice skating is open all day. A variety of skates will be available for use. The Old Brand Saloon with be offering hot toddies from 1-4 p.m. Pippin claims your first drink at the saloon is free. If you have any questions, call Heidi at 406-527-3353, or drop into Pip’s and ask her in person. The diner is located at 207 Taylor Street in Saco.
