THURSDAY – JUNE 1

Early registration available for the Glasgow City-County Library Summer Reading Program at http://www.glasgowlibrary.org

9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.

4:30-5 p.m. - St. Marie Rabies Clinic in a room across the hall from the post office at St. Marie.

4 – 8 p.m. - Glasgow Reds Baseball Fundraiser – Show support to the Glasgow Reds at Busted Knuckle Brewery. Hot dogs, baked beans and chips will be available. $1 will be donated from every pint sold to be used for equipment and travel expenses.

7 p.m. - David Sergent presents “A Magic Show” at the GHS Auditorium. Free admission, although good-will donations will be accepted. All proceeds go to Justin Walton & Oden Hallock to cover expenses as they wrestle for Team Montana at the Disney Duals in Orlando, Fla.

FRIDAY – JUNE 2

8 a.m. - 4 p.m. - 2017 Fireworks Boot Drive at downtown intersections to raise funds for the July 4th firework display.

12:30 – 5 p.m. - The DC Trip students will be hosting a Car Wash at Lawrence Carwash. Cost is free will donation. More info. contact 406-853-6603.

2 – 5 p.m. - Children’s Museum of Northeast Montana is hosting a “School’s Out” kids’ carnival. For more info. call 228-4386.

7:30 p.m. - The Fort Peck Summer Theater opens their 48th Annual Season with Arsenic and Old Lace. The show will run every weekend through June 18. For more info. contact 406-526-9943.

St. Marie Community Yard Sales

Valley County Rifle/Pistol Club will hold their .22 LR match.

7 – 10 a.m. - Valley County Senior Citizens present their famous Pancake Breakfast. $5 per person, $7.50 for big appetites. Held at the Valley County Senior Center, 328 3rd St. S., Glasgow.

5:30 p.m. - The Glasgow Thunder Swim Team will be hosting a Potluck at Hoyt Park. Open to all current and alumni swimmers and families.

7 – 10 p.m. - Valley County Senior Citizens Bingo Night at the Valley County Senior Center, 328 3rd St. S., Glasgow. Quarter a card or 5 cards for a dollar.

SUNDAY – JUNE 4

Bike Travel Weekend Events

11:30 a.m. - A free leisure bicycle ride to the new Smith Park bicycle camp. A 24-mile trip begins at the Busted Knuckle Brewery and proceeds along the Tampico Hwy. Recommended for ages 13 and up

1 p.m. - A free youth bicycle ride is scheduled beginning in the parking lot across the Elks. Anyone under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult.

2 p.m. - Root beer floats, brews and barbecue at the Busted Knuckle Brewery

MONDAY – JUNE 5

6–7 p.m. - Nashua’s Rabies Clinic at the Nashua Fire Hall. For more info. contact Valley Veterinary Clinic at 406-228-2437.

TUESDAY – JUNE 6

Noon – Two Rivers Board Meeting at the Cottonwood Inn.

6:30 p.m. - The Nashua Lions meets on the first Tuesday of each month at the Nashua Senior Citizens’ Center. New members are always welcome.

Noon – Nashua Senior Citizens’ meal with a meeting to follow every second Friday at the Nashua Senior Center. All seniors welcome.

4 p.m. - Lucky Clover Meeting at Nashua Senior Center

1 p.m. - Foot care the second Wednesday of the month at Nashua Senior Center. Sign up by calling the center, 746-3370, or Shirley Ersland, 746-3384.
