THURSDAY – APRIL 6

10 a.m. - Glasgow City-County Library will be doing story time at Valley View Nursing home. The theme is “Commotion in the Ocean.”

5:30 p.m. - Sugar Decorated Egg Workshop given by Extension Agent Roubie Younkin. The workshop will take place in the community room of the Courthouse. For any questions contact the Valley County Extension office at 228-6241.

7 p.m. - ‘Lives Touched by Jesus’ Lenten Services at First Lutheran Church, Glasgow. Emory Hedegaard will portray Judas Iscariot.

FRIDAY – APRIL 7

National Beer Day – Celebrate with $1 off all pints at the Busted Knuckle Brewery

5 p.m. - Knights of Columbus will have their last Friday Fish Fry at St. Raphael’s Parish. You can eat in or take it to go. Cost is $13 for ages 13 and up, $7 for ages 6-12, and kids 5 and under eat free. Everyone is welcome.

7 p.m. - The Glasgow Middle School is proud to present Peter Pan at the GHS Auditorium. Come support local middle school artists and enjoy a night of great music and acting by our talented performers.

7 p.m. - Ecumenical Evening Worship Service at Saint Marie Town Hall Community Room. More info. call Alice, 524-3397.

SATURDAY – APRIL 8

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. - Walleyes Unlimited State Banquet. Local and statewide vendors will display and sell products. Banquet Raffles, Games and Silent Auctions will also available. Tickets are available at Glasgow Auto Safety Center, D&G, the Glasgow Chamber or by calling Rici 263-0240 or Nick 230-2098. The cost is $25 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under.

7 p.m. - The Glasgow Middle School is proud to present Peter Pan at the GHS Auditorium. Come support local middle school artists and enjoy a night of great music and acting by our talented performers.

7 p.m. - Easter Musical Drama at the Glasgow Evangelical Church, 152 Aberdeen Street. There is no cost and everyone is welcome to attend.

SUNDAY – APRIL 9

9:30 a.m. - Palm Sunday service will include “The Passion of Our Lord According to Matthew,” the congregational reading along with celebration of Holy Communion at First Lutheran Church in Glasgow. Special music will include the senior choir.

2 p.m. - Easter Musical Drama at the Glasgow Evangelical Church, 152 Aberdeen Street. There is no cost and everyone is welcome to attend.

3 p.m. - The Glasgow Middle School is proud to present Peter Pan at the GHS Auditorium. Come support local middle school artists and enjoy a night of great music and acting by our talented performers.

MONDAY – APRIL 10

Master Gardner level one classes at Fort Peck Interpretive Center every Monday night through May 22. To pre-register or more info, call 406-228-6241, or [email protected].

4:30 – 6:30 p.m. - Indian Taco Supper at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Nashua. Take-outs will be available. Free-will offering. The proceeds will benefit Valley View Home.

TUESDAY – APRIL 11

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - MSU Extension Agent Roubie Younkin will offer the eight-hour Food Handlers ServSafe Training. There is a $100 fee to cover the cost of the books, training and meals. Please contact the Valley County Extension Office at 228-6241 for more information.

WEDNESDAY – APRIL 12

1-4 p.m. - Veteran service officers will be in Glasgow, at the VA Clinic.

UPDATE: The Fort Peck Rabies Clinic, originally scheduled for Saturday, April 15, has been changed to Saturday, April 22, 10 to 11:30 a.m.
