2 p.m. - Pinochle every 1st and 3rd Sunday at the Glasgow Senior Center. Everyone welcome.

MONDAY – SEPT. 5

7 p.m. - Heirloom Quilters’ Guild meets at the Glasgow Senior Citizens’ Center.

TUESDAY – SEPT. 6

1-5 p.m. - The Valley County Pioneer Museum new fall scheduling Tuesdays through Fridays.

THURSDAY – SEPT. 8

12 noon - The Valley County Senior Citizens’ annual picnic at Bundy Park in Glasgow. Meat will be provided, followed by a tour of the Pioneer Museum after the meal. All seniors are welcome. In case of rain, the picnic will be held at the Senior Center in Glasgow.

FRIDAY – SEPT. 9

Nashua Senior Citizens meet. A potluck meal will precede the business meeting. All senior citizens are welcome and encouraged to attend.

WEDNESDAY – SEPT. 14

1-4 p.m. - Service officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will visit the Glasgow VA Clinic and on Thursday, Sept. 15, they will be at the Malta City Hall from 9:30-11:30. Bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD214) with you. Veteran service officers will visit nursing homes and assisted living centers by appointment only. Call 406-265-4225 if you are interested.

12-4 p.m. - Valley County Food Bank, serving only Valley County residents, located at 1020 1st Ave. N. is open the third Tuesday of every month. First-timers bring a photo ID and proof of physical residence. More info., Nancy Bowman at 263-1253.

TUESDAY – SEPT. 27

7 p.m. - Andrew McKean, editor in chief of Outdoor Life, will present a “Photo Tour of Valley County,” at the Pioneer Museum. More info., call 228-8692.

The Nashua seniors will host an Anniversary Party to commemorate the occasion at the center.
