Pauline Peterson

Pauline L (Gunn) Peterson, 90, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, at the Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow, Mont.

A viewing was held Wednesday, Aug. 10, from 6–7:30 p.m., at Remington Letcher Chapels in Laurel. A family graveside burial service will be held Thursday, Aug. 11, at 1 p.m., at the Yellowstone County Veterans Cemetery in Laurel. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Aug. 11, at Freedom Church in Billings.

She was the second child born to Vera and Russell Gunn in Flaxville, Mont., on Dec. 31, 1925. She graduated from Wolf Point High School. She attended and graduated from North Central Bible College in Minneapolis, Minn. She married Conrad Peterson on Oct. 15, 1952. To this union three children were born, Walter, Gaylene and Lonnie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad Peterson; her parents, Vera and Russell Gunn; two sisters, Nita Handran and Janice Bartel; one brother, Larry Gunn; and her oldest son, Walter Peterson.

Survivors include one daughter, Gaylene Casterline and her husband, Clint, of Wolf Point; one son, Lonnie Peterson and his wife, Brenda, of Lake Stevens, Wash .; two sisters, Norma Kalien of Wolf Point, Shirley Olson of Laurel; many nieces and nephews; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are by Remington Letcher Chapels of Laurel, Montana.
