Valley View Home Receives Renovation Grants

As Valley View Nursing Home in Glasgow comes into its 50th year as a non-profit, skilled nursing facility, it is vital to maintain systems in the facility and be proactive with renovations.

Valley View Home recently installed a new state-of-the-art fire panel system, and is in the process of installing a new nurse alarm system as well.

At a cost of over $179,000, the renovations to the facility were made possible by the generosity of grantors and local businesses.

In an effort to ensure the safety, wellbeing and highest level of care for the elderly, frail and disabled, the current administrator, Linda Hill, and the acting board of directors turn their attention to keeping the critical health facility up to date.

Hill remarked that, "It is only through the generous support of the organizations and individuals who partnered with us on these projects, that these critical improvements have become a reality."

Valley View Home expresses sincere appreciation and thanks to The Treacy Foundation, The Sample Foundation, The Theo and Alyce Beck Foundation, First Community Bank, MDU Resources, BNSF, Town Pump Charitable Foundation, NorthWestern Energy Charitable Giving, Soroptomists International, Nemont, Northwest Farm Credit, Valley County Community Foundation, local businesses and individual donors.
