Elsie Edna Jacobs

Elsie Edna (Math) Jacobs, 73, of Glasgow, Mont., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015.

She was born to Henry and Edna Math in Havre, Mont. She married Wayne Jacobs Jan. 21, 1958, in Whitewater, and to this union four sons were born. She loved being a rancher's wife, canning, cooking, and crocheting, as well as participating in 4-H.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her mother- and father-in-law, two sisters-in-law, and a step great-grandson.

Survivors include her loving husband of 57 years, Wayne Jacobs; four sons, Clarence Jacobs and his wife, Irene, Clinton Jacobs and his wife, Cindy, Dale Jacobs and his wife, Lori, and Wesley Jacobs and his wife, Michelle; one brother, Ben Jacobs and his wife, Barb; one sister, Helen Schell and her husband, Loren; seven grandchildren, six step grand-children, nine great-great-grandchildren, five step great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; two aunts, Jenny Fewer and Betty Siewing; and a brother-in-law, Francis Jacobs and his wife, Delores.

A visitation was held Sunday, Sept. 20, from 1-4 p.m. at the Bell Mortuary in Glasgow. No services will be held.
