Holly Lynn Kittleson

Holly Lynn (Wittmayer) Kittleson, 53, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, at her home in Fort Peck, Mont.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 2 p.m., at the Evangelical Church in Glasgow with interment at the Highland Cemetery.

She was born in Glasgow on July 17, 1961, to Robert and Mae (Hanson) Wittmayer. She grew up in Glasgow, attending school and graduating from Glasgow High School. She was involved in many activities including Homecoming Queen and senior class speaker in 1979. After graduation, she attended the National School of Business in Rapid City, S.D.

She went to work at Western Area Power in 1986 and was still employed there at the time of her death.

In 1986 she married her high school sweetheart, Clay Kittleson. She and Clay resided in Fort Peck where they enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting and the company of many good friends.

She and Clay were always together, whether they were having fun, farming or working on the home they built together. She was the “cook” of the family and hosted many family get-togethers and holidays. Christmas dinner at Holly and Clay’s was a must.

She loved kids, dogs and a good time. Her contagious laugh brought joy to all her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Mae Wittmayer; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dorval and Blanche Kittleson; and a brother-in-law, Mike Kittleson.

Survivors include her husband, Clay Kittleson of Fort Peck; brothers, Dick Olson and his wife, Sharon, of Merritt Island, Fla., and Brian Wittmayer and his wife, Lynn; one sister, Glenda Dix and her husband, Lee, of Glasgow; and many adoring nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bell Mortuary of Glasgow is in charge of arrangements.
