The Clerk and Recorder’s Office will be running five elections: four School Districts and the Fort Peck Rural County Water District. These five elections are all mail-ballot elections. On March 12, Glasgow School Superintendent Wade Sundby accepted the superintendent position at Cut Bank School. Due to significant loss in enrollment, the Glasgow School District is experiencing a General Fund (GF) budget shortfall of $358,000. Also contributing to the budget shortfall are the inflationary increases to operating costs for the district. There are two positions open for the Glasgow School District Board of Trustees this year. Ryan Fast’s and Chrissa Nelson’s terms are set to expire.
