1960-2013

Published: Wednesday, January 30th, 2013

Frank E. Clem

Frank “Gar” Clem, 53, died on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at the Billings Clinic in Billings.

He was born in Glasgow, Mont., on Jan. 7, 1960, to Frank A. and Mary Ann (Yassen) Clem. He grew up and attended school in Glasgow, where drama and speech classes encouraged his being a connoisseur of the English language and his loquacious tendency. At a tender age he moved out on his own and lived in Bozeman and worked as a mechanic. Over the next few years he lived in Billings and Belgrade, learning various trades in construction, particularly bricklaying, before he moved back to Glasgow.

He manufactured his own cleaning product, EZ-Klean, and sold it over a large portion of Montana and Wyoming. While he ran the EZ-KLEAN business, he also continued bricklaying jobs and working for ABC Steel Siding in Billings.

Full obituary appears in the Glasgow Courier print edition.
