Charlotte Beverly Bruce

Charlotte Beverly (Route) Bruce, 84, passed at home of natural causes on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012.

She was born in Amery, Wis., to Frederick and Inga Route on July 8, 1928. Upon graduation from Amery High School, she attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she obtained her teaching degree. She taught one year in the Nashua school system.

On June 11, 1949, she was married to Willard “Willy” Bruce in Balsam Lake, Wis., and to this union seven children were born.
