ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF ARCH REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE MALTA IRRIGATION DISTRICT

Malta Irrigation District (herein called the “District”) of Malta, Montana, will be receiving sealed bids for the procurement of (3) 36” x 58.5” Arch RCP sections approximately 120’ each (360’ total) for Dodson North Canal Siphons Replacement until 1:00 p.m., local time, on the 13th day of November 2012, at the Malta Irrigation District Office, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

This bid includes procurement of materials and does not include construction.

No bid shall be withdrawn after opening of the bids without consent of the District for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time of closing bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.

It is an expressed condition that the performance of the District is contingent upon funds being available by the District in a sufficient amount to pay for the materials covered hereby and that if such funds are not available, the Malta Irrigation District shall be under no obligation to perform under the Contract.

Sealed bids shall be marked on the outside “Bid for Procurement of Arch RCP for DNC Siphons Replacement Project.”
