Beth Miller

Beth (McNeil) Miller, 79, died on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at the Valley View Nursing Home in Glasgow, Mont., after a dignified 10-year struggle with Parkinson’s.

A vigil service was held Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 7 p.m. at the Bell Chapel in Glasgow.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, Oct. 24, at 2 p.m. at St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Glasgow, followed by interment in a private family cemetery.

She was born on Aug. 3, 1933, in Wolf Point, Mont., the daughter of Leslie W. and LaVaun (Hall) McNeil. She spent her childhood years in Wolf Point and Lodge Grass and Sheridan, Wyo., where her dad taught school and coached basketball. She moved to Glasgow at the age of 15, and graduated from Glasgow High School in 1951.
