Virginia Madeline Frisch

Virginia Madeline (Kershaw) Frisch, 91, died Tuesday, May 15, 2012.

She was born on April 7, 1921, in Columbus, Neb., to George and Mathilda Kershaw. She and eight siblings spent their childhood on farms in Wyoming. The family endured hardships that shaped who she became. She moved to California to work and met her husband, Fred Frisch. They were married for 64 years until he passed in 2008. They raised five children in Montana, starting in Glasgow and ending up in Helena.
