Pursuant to section 15-18-212, Montana Code Annotated, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

1. As a result of a property tax delinquency, a property tax lien exists on the following described real property in which you may have an interest:

 

Lot 1, Block 10, Bell’s First Addition to Glasgow, Montana, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Valley County, Montana.

Tax ID#: 109015401

  1. The property taxes became delinquent after five o’clock P.M. on November 30th, 2008.

  2. The property tax lien was attached as the result of a tax lien sale held on July 16th, 2009.

  3. The property tax lien was purchased at a tax lien sale on July 16th, 2009, by Valley County, 501 Court Square #3, Glasgow, Montana 59230-2405.

  4. The lien was subsequently assigned to Pacific Land Holdings, L.L.C., P.O. Box 187, Rexburg, Idaho, 83440.

  5. As of the date of this notice, the amount of tax due is:

TAXES: $3,216.80

PENALTY: $64.32

INTEREST: $560.77

COST: $284.34

TOTAL: $4,126.23

  1. For the property tax lien to be liquidated, the total amount listed in paragraph 6 must be paid by October 16th, 2012, which is the date that the redemption period expires or expired.

  2. If all taxes, penalties, interest, and costs are not paid to the county treasurer on or prior to October 16th, 2012, which is the date the redemption period expires, or on or prior to the date on which the county treasurer will otherwise issue a tax deed, a tax deed may be issued to the purchaser on the day following the date that the redemption period expires or on the date the county treasurer will otherwise issue a tax deed.
