REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - CITY OF GLASGOW

The City of Glasgow Council is requesting proposals for professional planning services to assist the governing body in compiling, drafting and adopting a Growth Policy in compliance with all applicable requirements under the Montana CDBG Program and 1999 Montana Code Annotated planning law (76-1-601, MCA).

Copies of the detailed Request for Proposal, including a description of the services to be provided by the respondents, the minimum content of responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained by contacting the City's Director of Public Works, Robert H. Kompel, at 319 3^rd Street South, Glasgow, MT 59230, telephone number 406-228-2476.

All responses to the detailed Request for Proposal must be submitted by the 5^th day of September, 2012, at 5:00 o'clock p.m., M.D.T. All responses shall be delivered or mailed to the City Clerk at the Civic Center, 319 3^rd Street South, Glasgow, MT 59230.
