NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Board of Oil and Gas Conservation will hold its regular business meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, in the hearing room at its office at 2535 St. Johns Avenue in Billings, Montana. The agenda for that meeting is as follows:

  2. Approval of minutes of June 13, 2012 business meeting

  3. Opportunity for public comment

  4. Financial report

  5. Bond summary

  6. Docket summary

  7. Staff reports

  8. Other business

 

The Board will conduct public hearings pursuant to Chapter 11 of Title 82 of the Montana Code Annotated on the matters described below at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2012, in the hearing room at its office at 2535 St. Johns Avenue in Billings, Montana. SHOW CAUSE HEARING

RESPONDENT: BRENT ZIMMERMAN – VALLEY COUNTY, MONTANA

 

Upon the Board’s own motion to require Brent Zimmerman to appear and show cause, if any he has, why further fines should not be assessed and/or why his bond should not be forfeited for failure to appear and for failure to clean-up the Heringer 11-21 well located in Section 11, T30N-R44E, Valley County, Montana, as ordered in Board Order 302-2012.
