NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE BOARD OF LIVESTOCK

OF THE STATE OF MONTANA

In the matter of the petition of Prewitt and Company, LLC, of Sidney, MT. The Petitioner wishes to take over operations and control of the existing Livestock Market (formerly known as Yellowstone Livestock Company) and transfer the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Sidney Livestock Market Center, LLC.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO: ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:

1. On Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at 1:00 PM at the Eagles Club, 124 West Main Street, Lewistown, Montana, a public hearing will be held to consider the above-captioned matter.

2. This hearing is held under the authority of section 81-8-253 M.C.A. and 32.15.104 A.R.M.

3. Petitioner, Prewitt and Company, LLC, proposes to transfer the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity from Yellowstone Livestock Company to Sidney Livestock Market Center, LLC. and to operate and control the livestock market in Sidney, MT.

4. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive testimony and other evidence to determine the qualifications of the new controlling entity (Sidney Livestock Market Center, LLC) as it relates to the operation of a livestock market in Montana.

5. Any person who wishes, may appear in opposition, or support, of the petition and may offer testimony or other evidence in any matter relevant to Petitioner’s proposal to operate the livestock auction facility in Sidney, MT. All parties have the right to be represented by counsel at the hearing.

6. The hearing will be conducted before the Board of Livestock.
