NOTICE OF SALE

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Sheriff of Valley County, Montana, will sell at public auction for cash, lawful money of the United States of America, the following described personal property:

 2004 MXM175 cab tractor, 540/1000 PTO DLX cab, serial number 232883

 The owners of said property are Lee Ranch, Inc. and/or Rick Lee, and the claimant is Glasgow Implement, Inc. The amount of the claim is $13,993.42.

This sale will be held at the Glasgow Implement, Inc. lot located at Highway 2 East, Glasgow, Valley County, Montana, on the 12^th day of July, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.
