NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Valley County Planning board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Kirkland Ranch Estates Subdivision, located in Sections 3 & 4, T26N, R41E, and Section 34, T27N, R41E, P.M.M., Valley County, Montana.

Proposed by James and Bobette Kirkland, represented by Jed Kirkland, the subdivision will create 91 residential lots and 4 commercial lots.

This hearing will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the Community Room of the Valley County Court House.

The purpose of this meeting is to allow for public comment in advance of Valley County Planning Board's recommendation.
