NOTICE CITY OF GLASGOW FARM LEASE

 The City of Glasgow will receive sealed bids for the exclusive right to farm the following City property:

 Farm Lease Skylark Road:

 Agreement to cut and remove dryland hay (one cutting) from approximately 50 acres of City-owned land east of Skylark Road for a 1-year period beginning July 2012. Payment will be made in a single lump sum.

The City Clerk will receive bids labeled “Farm Lease” until 5:00 p.m. June 18, 2012. No bids will be received after that time. The bids will be opened by the City Council at its regular scheduled meeting at 5:30 p.m. June 18, 2012.

Interested parties may obtain copies of the agreement forms at the City Office, 319 3^rd Street South, Glasgow, Montana 59230. Questions may be directed to Robert Kompel, Director of Public Works, at the same address or by calling 228-2476.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid, which the Council determines to be in the City's best interest.
