NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Board of Oil and Gas Conservation will hold its regular business meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, in the Fairgrounds Commercial Building at the Fairgrounds in Sidney, Montana. The agenda for that meeting is as follows:

The Board will conduct public hearings pursuant to Chapter 11 of Title 82 of the Montana Code Annotated on the matters described below at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2012, in the Fairgrounds Commercial Building at the Fairgrounds in Sidney, Montana. APPLICANT: ANADARKO MINERALS, INC. - VALLEY COUNTY, MONTANA

 

Upon the application of Anadarko Minerals, Inc. to create a temporary spacing unit comprised of the W½NE¼ of Section 31, T31N-R44E, Valley County, Montana, and to authorize the drilling of a vertical Nisku Formation at the center of the SW¼NE¼ of said Section 31, with a 200-foot tolerance for topographic or geologic reasons. Applicant will apply for permanent spacing within 90 days of successful well completion. Applicant requests placement on the Default Docket.

APPLICANT: ANADARKO MINERALS, INC. - VALLEY COUNTY, MONTANA

 

Upon the application of Anadarko Minerals, Inc. to create a temporary spacing unit comprised of the W½SW¼ of Section 32, T31N-R44E, Valley County, Montana, and to authorize the drilling of a vertical Nisku Formation at a location at the center of the NW¼SW¼ of said Section 32, with a 200-foot tolerance for topographic or geologic reasons. Upon the application of Anadarko Minerals, Inc. to drill an additional vertical Madison Formation well in the spacing unit comprised of the W½SW¼ of Section 32, T31N-R44E, Valley County, Montana, said well to be located at the center of the NW¼SW¼ of said Section 32 with a 200-foot tolerance for topographic or geologic reasons. Applicant requests placement on the Default Docket.

SHOW CAUSE HEARING

 

RESPONDENT: BRENT ZIMMERMAN – VALLEY COUNTY, MONTANA

 

Upon the Board's own motion to require Brent Zimmerman to appear and show cause, if any he has, why further lines should not be assessed and/or why his bond should not be forfeited for failure to address the clean-up issues at the Herringer 11-21 well located in Section 11, T30N-R44E, Valley County, Montana, by the Board's June 14, 2012, public hearing as required by Board Order 481-2011.
