NOTICE OF STATE OF MONTANA OIL & GAS LEASE SALE

The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation will hold an oil and gas lease sale at 9:00 a.m., June 5, 2012, in the Dept. of Transportation Auditorium, 2701 Prospect Avenue, Helena, MT. The June sale includes 187 tracts with 41 tracts in Valley County. All sales will be by competitive oral bidding. DNRC is requesting comments from interested parties by April 27, 2012.
