NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
ACQUIRED BY VALLEY COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to order of the Board of Valley County  Commissioners, will sell, by sealed bid, in one package the following surplus property;
1962 GMC, 10,855 miles, 3500 Series, 6 cylinder-305, Manual Trans.,
Flatbed, 200 gal. fiberglass storage tank, 50’ hose w/pump hose reel,
9 hp Briggs & Stratton motor.
Sealed bids will be due by 5:00 p.m., Monday, October 19, 2009, in the office of the Valley County Commissioners, 501 Court Square, Box #1, Glasgow, MT  59230.
The terms of the sale are as follows:  cash, lawful money of the United States to be paid for property.
