NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Engstrom Ranch of Glasgow, Montana, as permitee under the undersigned cooperative state grazing district, has made and presented his application to the board of said district to allow his preference in said district which is based upon ownership or control of dependent commensurate property described as follows:

T28 R39
Sec. 15: N½S¼, SE¼SE¼,
All that portion of the NE¼SW¼ and SW¼SE¼ lying northeasterly of the U.S. Reclamation Canal

to be transferred to other property of sufficient commensurability and described as follows:

Sec. 33: W½, SE¼, S½NE¼
Sec. 34: S½ NW¼, W½SW¼

Now, therefore, pursuant to the direction of the board of the said grazing district, notice is hereby given that the directors of the said grazing district will on 10/22/09 at 1:00 PM in Grazing Office at Glasgow, Montana, shall fully hear and determine such application and the objections thereto if any.
