LEGAL North Valley County Water & Sewer Election

NOTICE OF ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that on November 3, 2009, a Mail Ballot Election will be held for the election of NORTH VALLEY COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT, INC.
(three (3) Directors for 4-year terms).
All registered electors residing within the boundaries of the NORTH VALLEY COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT, Inc. may vote at said election. Also, any holder of title of lands within the NORTH VALLEY COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT who presents a proof of ownership on the lands are eligible to vote in the election.
