SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MONTANA TO:  ALL PERSONS CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS SUMMONS OR ANY PART OF THE REAL PROPERTY, GREETINGS:
You are required to appear and answer the complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the clerk of this court, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to file your answer and serve a copy thereof upon the Plaintiff’s attorney within sixty (60) days after the first publication of this Summons, and set forth what interest or lien, if any, you have in or upon that certain real property or any part of the real property situated in  the County of Valley, State of Montana, particularly described as below.
You are further notified that, unless you appear and answer, the Plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the complaint. This action is brought to quiet title to the following described lands in Valley County, Montana:
