On August 25, 2009, Petitioner, JUSTIN AND CHRISTINA STRONG, filed a Petition asking to be appointed guardian of the above-named minor child. ORDER FOR HEARING

Pending before the Court is a Petition for Appointment of Guardian of a Minor. The petition is supported by sworn nomination of the child. The petition identifies a guardian appointment in Montana's Fifteenth Judicial District, Roosevelt County, #DP-07-05. This Court has concurrent jurisdiction and has consulted with the Roosevelt County District Court. Having so consulted, the Court determines that venue is proper and retention of jurisdiction is in the best interest of the child. §§ 72-5-221, 72-5-232, MCA. Good cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that hearing on the pending motion is Monday, October 5, 2009 at 1:00 o'clock P.M. At the courtroom of the Valley County Courthouse in Glasgow, Montana. Petitioners shall serve notice of hearing under §72-1-301, MCA. The Clerk shall send a copy of said Order to petitioners and the Roosevelt County District Court.
