NOTICE OF RESOLUTION LEVING THE ASSESSMENT TO DEFRAY ANNUAL COSTS OF MAINTENANCE AND ELECTRICAL POWER IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1
Notice is hereby given that the town Council of the Town of Nashua, Montana, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at 5:30 o’clock p.m., in the town office at 705 Front Street located in the Town of Nashua Civic Center, will consider a resolution levying an assessment to defray annual costs of maintenance and electrical power within the Special Improvement lighting District No.1.
The resolution and description of the boundaries of Special Improvement Lighting District No. 1 are on file in the Town of Nashua office in the Civic Center office, Nashua, Montana, where they may be examined at any time between the hours of 9:00 o’clock a.m. and 5:00 o’clock p.m., except for the hour from 12:00 o’clock noon to 1:00 o’clock p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The total estimated cost of the maintenance and electrical power is $18,517.00. The sum of $15,252.00 is to be assessed against the property owner within the boundaries of the district.
The Town Council will hear statement in support of and objection to the adoption of said resolution at its regular meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at 5:30 o’clock p.m. in the town office in the civic center, Nashua, Montana.
