All bids must be received by 5 p.m., Tuesday, October 13, 2009, for opening at the regular council meeting at 5:30 p.m.
Town of Nashua reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Successful bidders will be required to submit payment and remove property upon notice of acceptance.
