Hilda M. (Olesen) Olson

Hilda M. (Olesen) Olson, 87, a homemaker and newspaper reporter, died Friday, March 2, 2012, at the Phillips County Hospital of natural causes.

She was born Sept. 29, 1924, in Devils Lakes, N.D., the daughter of Iver P. and Nina (Jespersen) Olesen.The family will receive friends at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7, at the Kirkwood Funeral Home in Malta. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 8, at the Whitewater Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the Forks Cemetery.
