NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Board of Oil and Gas Conservation will hold its regular business meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, in the hearing room at its office at 2535 St. Johns Avenue in Billings, Montana. The agenda for that meeting is as follows:

Mountain Pacific General Inc. – status update

Ostby request for rehearing: Docket 462-2011 (Board Order 380-2011). If the request is granted, this matter will be heard Thursday, March 8, 2012, as Docket 1-2012.

The Board will conduct public hearings pursuant to Chapter 11 of Title 82 of the Montana Code Annotated on the matters described below at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2012, in the hearing room at its office at 2535 St. Johns Avenue in Billings, Montana. RESPONDENT:  ATHENA ENERGY, LLC – LIBERTY, HILL AND VALLEY COUNTIES, MONTANA

 

Upon the Board’s own motion to require Athena Energy, LLC to appear and show cause, if any it has, why its bond should not be forfeited for its failure to plug and abandon its wells located in Liberty, Hill and Valley counties, Montana,
