NOTICE OF SALE OF TAX DEED LANDS BY VALLEY COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the lobby of the Valley County Courthouse at Glasgow, Valley County, Montana, the undersigned County of Valley, State of Montana, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in accordance with Section 7-8-2304, MCA, and for a price which shall not be less than the fair market value thereof which has heretofore been determined and fixed by the Board of County Commissioners of Valley County, Montana, and which is hereinafter stated, the following described real estate situated in Valley County, Montana, and which the said County of Valley has heretofore acquired by tax deed, to-wit:
