| DO NOT CALL NOTIFICATION FROM NEMONT TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE, INC., dba NEMONT
The Federal Communications Commission, FCC, and the Federal Trade Commission, FTC, have established a National Do-Not-Call Registry to address consumer concerns about unwelcome telemarketing calls. You can register your residential phone number and wireless phone numbers on the Do-Not-Call Registry for FREE by calling 1-888-382-1222. You must call from the telephone(s) you wish to register. You may also register via the Internet at www.donotcall.gov. Inclusion of your phone number(s) on the National Do-Not-Call Registry will be effective three months following your registration. With the exception of certain non-profit and political organizations, the registry applies to all telemarketers and covers both intrastate and interstate telemarketing calls. Commercial telemarketers cannot call you for five years if your number is listed on the registry. Once the five years have passed, you may re-register your phone number(s). You may also remove your number(s) from the registry at any time. The registry will not prevent all unwanted calls and does not cover the following: Calls from organizations with which you have established a business relationship. Calls for which you have given prior written consent. Calls which are not commercial or do not include unsolicited advertisements. Calls by, or on behalf of, tax exempt non-profit organizations.
