NOTICE THAT A TAX DEED MAY BE ISSUED

TAX CODE NO. 1390027301

TO: Merlin Millsap

Pursuant to section 15-18-212, Montana Code Annotated

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as follows:

1. As a result of a property tax delinquency, a property tax lien exists on the following described real property in which you may have an interest.

SARGENT ADDITION (NASHUA)

Blk 010 Lots 13 Thru 15

GEO CODE: 4033-31-3-13-03-000

2. The property taxes became delinquent on June 3, 2008

3. The property tax lien was attached as the result of a tax lien sale held on July 17, 2008

4. The property tax lien was purchased at a tax sale on July 19, 2008, by Valley County, 501 Court Square #2, Glasgow, Montana 59230

5. The lien was subsequently assigned to Mary Lou O'Dea, P.O. Box 322, Nashua, MT 59248-0322 on Dec. 14, 2011

6. As of the date of notice, Dec. 21, 2011, the amount of tax due is:

Taxes $ 901.33

Penalty $ 18.09

Interest $ 182.50

Costs $ 187.35

Total $1,289.29

7. For the property tax lien to be liquidated, the total amount listed must be paid by Feb. 19, 2012, which is the date that the redemption period expires or expired.

8. If all taxes, penalties, interest and costs are not paid to the County Treasurer on or prior to 5:00 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2012, which is the date the redemption period expires, or on or prior to the date on which the county treasurer will otherwise issue a tax deed, a tax deed may be issued to the purchaser on the day following the date on which the redemption period expires or on the date on which the county treasurer will otherwise issue a tax deed.

FURTHER NOTICE FOR THOSE PERSONS LISTED ABOVE WHOSE ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN:

1. The address of the interest party is unknown.

2. This published notice meets the legal requirements for notice of pending tax deed issuance.

3. The interested party's rights in the property may be in jeopardy.
