Hallie “Hal” Otis Halverson

Hallie “Hal” Otis Halverson, 93, was a resident of Glasgow, Mont., for 61 years. He moved to Nemont Manor in 2005 and died of natural causes at the Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, at the Assembly of God Church in Glasgow, followed by interment in the Highland Cemetery in Glasgow.

He was born on April 6, 1919, and raised in Baron, Wis., by his parents, Otis and Ruth (Malstrom) Halverson, along with his six siblings.

He touched the lives of many people with a smile and his generosity. He maintained his humor all the way to his passing.
